Went to Stadium Putra yesterday to give moral support to all Malaysia badminton player (quater final)

When come to Koo Kien Keat/ Tan Boon Heong game, it was a fantastic game and the most inspiring game…I really want to pay my respect to KKK…he is a real figther….if its not TBH, Malaysian could have won…anyway they are young n got a bright future.

Will never join the event like this anymore..unless i got stamina.
That was a last minute decision when i was told that the team required a person for 4X100m and 4X400m for the KSC Anual Game. So, i volunteer myself to be part of the team eventhought i have never done it before.. best word is “Didn’t exercise for the last 5 years except play badminton”. This is crazy!

As a preparation, i do jogging a day before the events. At least to avoid the hamstring.

For the 4X100m, is OK… still can maintain the macho and finished 3rd place…But for 4X400m, i’m gonna die for this..
As a first runner, i push myself harder and harder until i passed the batton to the 2nd runner, then i feel that i really2 wanted to wommit. But still control macho!. Thank Sofian for diving me back!. I’m out of control that time! Unballance myself.

Alhamdulillah.
Kalau dah sehati sejiwa tu memang tak kemana… rezeki aku dengan DESO masih ada walaupun detik detik cemas masih menghantui aku. Gigil sekejab.

Sebenarnya , ni penangan nak tangkap gambar awan la ni… lepas repair PC yang jahanam, keluar rumah jab nak pusing-pusing. Sekali perasan yang langit/awan cantik yang amat sangat. Then masuk rumah ambik kamera shoot beberapa keping kat depan rumah. Pastu bawak kereta ke Puncak Kinrara plak nak ambik view dari bukit. hehehe

Ni kat Puncak Kinrara, nak nampakkan 2 suasana awan yang berbeza, Gelap dan kekuningan(reflection kat cermin)
Pak-guard yang jaga area tu tengok aku semacam jer.. hahaha

Lepas dah boring, aku terus ke dewan MBA main badminton plak. Saje nak bagi berpeluh sket. Lagi pun hari ni final pemilihan pemain. Harap2 tepilih la nanti. Sebab kebetulan dalam kereta ada kamera, aku pun bawa la masuk sekali dalam hall tu. Takut nak simpan dalam kereta, nanti org pecah cermin, curi. Dah ada beberapa kes sebelum ni. So, aku bawa la DESO bersama ke dalam hall dan main la macam biasa.

Lepas main, bini call suruh beli susu anak ngan pampers kat Giant. Nak jadi hal, aku balik ke kereta cuma bawak beg raket. Yang beg kamera tertinggal atas kerusi. huh!... Dah sampai Giant baru teringat yang beg kamera tertinggal.. (dah dekat 30 minit tinggal) Time tu kelam kabut jangan cerita la.. mencanak je bawak kereta. Tapi alhamdulillah, beg kamera masih ada… tinggal dia je kat kerusi tu!.. fuh!...

Senyuman kepuasan pun mula terukir…

Habis sukan, terus balik rumah, tidor… penat sangat. Plan nak polish kereta tapi malas plak..
Petang Marjan & Wan datang rumah nak hantar Gary Fong yang aku nak pinjam… Saja nak buat comparison dengan aku punay Demb Flash Diffuser.

Then petang sket, bawak anak2 jalan gi Taman Tasik kat Puchong Perdana. Sesambil tu layan kamera la..

2nd time this year!... this time i went with Shell Sport Club team.
Since they have their own gears, we just need to pay the fee for shoe & course for beginer. Next time, we just need to pay RM4 per entry. Ohh that’s cheap!

A bit late to the track, so i missed my race. Then just join the consolation race.. jadi la! lepas gian

Apa lagi, layan panning la..

After 1 month rest from playing badminton during the Ramadhan (fasting month), i started it again yesterday at MBA puchong. Very excited after long time break, so i smash kaw-kaw until i feel my arm got hurt.. I think it’s normal for sportman to injured here and there.. But after wakeup this morning, WAHHHH.. all my body feel like kena hentam by tebuan lah.. very sakit oooo…

No worries! I got a very understanding wife… Hope she will give me full body massage tonight with aromateraphy oil.. la la la laaaaaa…

What a bad day… ( KSC Karting Round 2 : 26-Aug-06)

I managed to finished 4th place for qualifying race. ( short track)
Then for Consolation race (long track) which winner and 2nd place will go to final, i started from last place and able to get 5th place on the first corner..then managed to cut 1 more racer for 4th place…

I feel that i can finished 2nd or at least 3rd place! BUT after 3 laps when i try to cut another racer, my car was out of control. Then somebody hit me from behind that make my car crash at the tyre wall. My race ended!... No point for 2nd race.

4 more race to go!.. Hope i can get more points!. My target is to finish top 8 for 2006 Beginner Championship. So next year i can join ametaur category.. yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Am i talented to replace Kimi Raikonen in F1?
We had a Team Building yesterday at Go-Kart Sepang F1 Circuit. 1 of my favourite sport.
Having a 3 races for qualifying sessions before we split into 4 groups for the real race and i dominant 1 of the qualifying race by taking a 1st place.. yeahhh..!

Each group have to participate in racing for 6 races which every team member need to race twice.. And agains as expected (by me), i won both of my race and took total 20 point . BTW, my team only finish 3rd place overall..
