Steamyx oh streamyx!
I lost my contact to the world for a week due to the streamyx problem. err actually almost 10 days. I lost my templer with their responds and my wife too
We call them everyday to know what exactly the problem to our streamyx connection.. most answered by them :
“OK sir, we will reset your port”
“The port already been reset, you can try again”
“This case has been assigned to 2nd level support and you will received a call from them” Takde punnnnnnnnn..
Penat dah aku laki-bini nak call korang… bila cakap “reset port tu dah buat 3-4 kali tapi still problem jugak”, diaorg still nak reset jugak lagi… tak paham aku…
Apa salahnya kalau datang rumah check modem aku yg problem ker.. line yg problem ker… komputer yg problem ker…(alang2 dah sampai kat area rumah aku masa reset port)
Lepas 10 hari baru OK.. tu pun takde explanation apa masalah streamyx aku…
